$TLRY Failed Swing $AMC Successful Swing

 

$TLRY failed swing attempt.

I bought these two stocks on the same day (EOD).

The reason why I bought $TLRY was my bias is it will hold the current Fibonacci level without considering the next candle to confirm the support. The next day, there was no momentum. I sold it intraday as it hits my cutloss level in lower timeframe.

The reason why I bought $AMC - I saw someone mentioned it many times in US market channel in TR. It is also in my watchlist for a week. When I looked at the chart, my bias got stronger for a swing entry. The only thing hinders me to trade it was the price. I was able to hold this for 3 days then I sold it first thing in the market on the 3rd day 'coz I won't be able to monitor it.

I am having hard time considering to buy stocks with price higher than 10usd. I have to work on it from now on.

Reason for buying: Reversal anticipated at 1min timeframe.

Rate: Good trade. I was able to follow my plan here and my mindset was not to hold and sell all at resistance.

This is my first trade in my eToro account after attending Technical Intensive.

I was able to return back my losses from my trades here before T.I. This is a $200 portfolio only that I funded just to join Trial by Ice for April.

I will be tracking my progress for this portfolio here.

I joined TBI again for this month and hopefully will have a better performance now.

Rate: though I was able to win this trade, I'd still consider this as a bad trade because I wasn't able to add this to my watchlist. I don't even have a watchlist for this week. I'm still finding my niche right now and I'm trying different market. But for TBI, I will be focusing on the US market.

I have been experimenting on how to filter stocks/crypto. Two of them did a confirmed and huge breakout today. Wasn't able to buy them but I am quite happy that I was able to put them on my watchlist. Proof that I can see possible movers now.

Below are my studies prior to the breakout:

Both did an All Time High breakout. RSI has been moving almost above 50 for the past few days.

Both currencies where consolidating for almost 3-4 months prior to the breakout.

Cut before it reaches that level.

On Taking Profits:

There are no Target Prices,

Only Trailing Stops.

Trade with bias. If a stock does not

"What is my average holding period?"

4 Trading days. Or until a stock's uptrend snaps.

And If I'm dead sure of a killer trade?
